After Booking

What Happens Next

Upon completing and sending back your booking form you will be sent:

• Confirmation of your place
• Details on insurance
• Details on visa requirements
• Asked to fill out a Health Questionaire (under 50 years)
• Asked to fill out a Health Questionaire (over 50 years)
• A suggested training schedule with regular updates.
• We will build you an on-line sponsorship page which will be forwarded to you in March 2007 so you can start to build your sponsorship for the trek.

Closer to the date

• You will be forwarded more in depth travel arrangements along with packing suggestions for the trip.
  

NB: If you are over 50 you will need your GP's signature to complete the Health Questionaire.
