Communication

Whilst there are 2 internet cafes in Namche Bazaar, there is no mobile phone communication. It is possible to hire satellite phones for your use during the trip but do bear in mind that phone batteries run down quite quickly especially when it’s cold!

Nepal is about 5.5 hours ahead of GMT.
