The Worcestershire Squad recently took part in a day’s training on Interview Skills. The day was delivered by Charlie Mulraine and the PCA’s Personal Development and Welfare Programme. Getting the players to develop a strong understanding of how to approach an interview, and the ways they could effectively communicate was the objective of the day. The role play situations created a real life pressurised interview situation, and some key learning and fun was had by all the players.
