SAFE DRIVING PROGRAMME

PCA Safe Driving Programme

In 2006 the PCA launched it's Safe Driving programme. As part of this programme, the PCA is offering players the opportunity to take the ROSPA Advance Driving Test. Research indicates that drivers trained to advanced standard are 20% less likely to be involved in an accident. Apart from being safer on the road you could also benefit from:

  • Lowering your insurance premiums
  • reducing levels of driving stress
  • improved fuel consumption
  • less wear and tear on your vehicle

Learning to drive?

If you've yet to take your driving test the PCA will pay for your driving lessons up to a maximum of £250. Just pay for your lessons, keep your receipts, fill out an Education funding form and send them all back to us and we will reimburse you.

Pass Plus

To improve your driving and insurance premiums, newly qualified drivers can take the Pass Plus course. This can be taken any time within 12 months of passing your test and consists of 6 hours of on road training. The PCA will pay for half of this course.

For further information on the Safe Driving Programme contact Jason Ratcliffe on 07768 558050 or jratcliffe@thepca.co.uk  or visit www.safedrive.org.uk
