The role of Development CoachThe Development Coach on a Prince's Trust Team provides an unparalleled opportunity to effectively gain leadership and management skills through implementing real projects within a real team over 20 days. Working alongside a Team Leader, the Development Coach supports young people with their personal skills development. Responsibilities are carefully tailored to meet individual development needs. Many well-known private and public sector companies including BT and the Inland Revenue second their staff as Development Coaches to help them develop their management skills.
