This privacy policy describes how The Professional Cricketers’ Association protects and may use the information you give to the association and wholly owned subsidiary, PCA Management Limited, (together, the “PCA”, “we” or “us”).

  • Events: including information you provide when registering for or attending a PCA event.
  • Correspondence: if you contact us we may also keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Job applications. if you apply for a job with us, your CV, work history, educational details and the role for which you are applying.
  • Your visits to our site: including, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communications data, and the resources that you access.

We keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to enable us to provide you with the services that you have requested from us, which in the case of members will be until expiry or termination of your PCA membership.

How we use cookies

We are based within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, information that we collect about you may be sent to and held outside of the EEA where we work with suppliers and service providers that are either based outside of the EEA or have servers based outside of the EEA. Countries outside of the EEA protect information differently, and so where we do transfer your information to suppliers based outside of the EEA, we will take all steps necessary to ensure that it is adequately protected and used in accordance with this policy.

If you believe that any of your personal information that we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
