The PCA’s role…

The purpose of the PCA is to champion the interests of their members. Working as a key stakeholder within professional cricket in England and Wales, the PCA plays a critical role in ensuring reporting lines are clear to follow. Whether members need to report corruption approaches, discriminatory behaviour or a complaint against the PCA itself, this page provides you with the information to be connected to the relevant authorities. Working collaboratively across the professional game, the PCA represents all past and present players to maintain fair and correct procedures are in place to offer protection to players throughout their time in the game and beyond.

REPORTING DISCRIMINATION

There is no place for any form of discrimination at any level of our game. If you experience or witness discriminatory behaviour there are ways that you can safely report it.

Reports of discrimination will be treated seriously and handled with sensitivity.
We all have a role to play in Raising The Game.

Anti-Corruption

The PCA takes anti-corruption extremely seriously, and has several tutorials in place to help educate its members from making decisions that could ruin their career and reputation. Any suspicious approaches or information should be reported immediately. This is a positive obligation, and can be reported directly to the PCA or a colleague who is close to the player.
